6:00 – 9:00
Soft arrivals, breakfast, and open centers while the room fills up.
9:00 – 12:00
Frog Street circle, small groups, outside time, then lunch together.
12:00 – 2:30
Lights low, mats out, quiet music. Non-nappers get books and puzzles.
2:30 – 6:30
Snack, art, music, and a Procare recap before you walk in the door.
